Free EU shipping on orders over €250.



Express delivery in 1-2 business days for the EU and 1-6 business days for the rest of the world with DHL Express.

Standard delivery in 3-7 business days in the EU with DHL eCommerce.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Orders are shipped with DHL Express under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) incoterm.

• ROSANELLY (Canarista sp. z o.o.) is not responsible for duties, taxes, or charges applied by customs in the destination country; any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

• For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

• If a shipment is refused by the recipient, reshipping fees may apply.

• If the package is returned to ROSANELLY (Canarista sp. z o.o.), the customer will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our facility is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
